Each project is supported by a dedicated Area Sales Manager who helps with project requirements and setting up your sales agreements. In addition, our knowledgeable Sales Advisors are available in the office:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 7:30am – 1:00pm
They’re here to assist with enquiries, call-off orders, product advice, and to promptly address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Our plants operate fully computerised batching systems, utilising the latest technology to ensure consistent quality and precise quantities every time.
We’re proud to run an integrated management system aligned with the standards of ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health & Safety).
Each plant maintains stock of mortar tubs, tub liners, and a wide range of colour pigments to meet diverse project needs. Our batching staff are highly experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service.
Behind the scenes, our operations department oversees plant maintenance, housekeeping, stock control, and delivery planning—ensuring everything runs smoothly from production to site.
Flexible Delivery, Reliable Quality
Place your order online or through our experienced team and select a delivery date and time slot that fits your project requirements. Your order will arrive in a tipper, mixer, or 5-pod truck, depending on your site’s needs.
All flowing screeds and ready-mix mortar are cone-tested for workability before full dispensing. If any problem is detected, it is immediately communicated to our office and you, the customer, before the truck departs—ensuring a swift resolution.
Our drivers arrive fully equipped with all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to comply with individual site regulations. They adopt a flexible approach to accommodate specific site needs. Closing early on a Friday? No problem. We’ll schedule your delivery before closing or use your access code to deliver without requiring your presence.
